Aquarius Ezra, a prodigious 20-year-old producer, DJ, and vocalist hailing from Hungary, is on a quest to define his unique style within the realm of Melodic Techno. His continuous experimentation with new sounds and production methods sets him apart. With 7 years of electronic music production experience, Ezra has been releasing his music on multiple worldwide labels since 2021. In this EP, Aquarius Ezra aimed to create a sound that departs from his previous experimental work. The intention was to craft tracks with an industry-standard sound to ensure they resonate with the right audience and inspire dancing wherever the music is heard. The artist draws inspiration from the modern sound of Anyma and Massano from Afterlife. When creating music, Aquarius Ezra firmly believes in maintaining creative flow, avoiding wasteful hours in the studio. Consequently, analog equipment is eschewed, and all production is conducted in-the-box for efficiency. This approach results in spending no more than 8-10 hours on a track from inception to mix, a key element that enables sustained creative flow. “Connections” is a track that gradually builds, introducing an uplifting synth in the break that transports listeners to another world, before culminating in a dynamic explosion. The heavy lead sound and bassline ignite the party atmosphere. On the other hand, “No Reason” serves as a club anthem, characterized by its heavy bassline, contemporary sound design, and the perfect melodic techno groove that compels dancing.
